According to the Alexander County Sheriff's Office, deputies obtained warrants Wednesday on a registered sex offender from the Bethlehem Community. Officials arrested and charged 35-year-old Bryan Christopher Fox with two counts of first-degree statutory sex offense and one count of indecent liberties with a child.
